# Follow-Up Emails

> How to automate follow-up emails to your open house visitors.

ListingOpen will automatically email open house visitors for you after they sign in.

To manage automatic follow-up emails for your listing, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the [Listings](https://app.listingopen.com/listings) dashboard.
2. Click on the listing whose sign-in questions you would like to manage.
3. Navigate to the "Sign-In" tab.
4. You can enable or disable emails under the "Follow-Up Emails" section.

<Tip>If you are a Premium user, you can use [Email Templates](/automations/email-templates) to create customized follow-up emails.</Tip>
