# Visitor Notes

> How to manage your notes on open house visitors.

It is very straightforward to add, edit, and manage visitor notes during your open house.

To access visitor notes, follow these simple steps:

1. Click the ListingOpen logo in the bottom left corner after [launching your open house](/openhouse/start).
2. Click "Add Visitor Notes".
3. Find the desired visitor and click on their name.
4. Add or edit the notes, then click "Save Changes". If you do not do this, none of your changes will be saved.
