Email Templates let you create custom emails to follow up with leads.

Creating Email Templates

To get started, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Automations dashboard.
  2. Click the “Create” button, then select Email Template.
  3. Add the desired messaging into the email sections. Here’s how each section will look to the recipient:
  1. Once you’re satisfied, click “Next”.
  2. Give your template a name and review its content through the preview.
  3. When you’re satisfied, click “Create Template”.

Editing Email Templates

To edit an email template, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Automations dashboard.
  2. Find the email template you want to edit, then click it.
  3. Make the necessary changes to the content of the template.
  4. Once you are finished, press the dark “Save Changes” button. If you do not do this, none of your changes will be saved.
Changes made to email templates will apply immediately to all listings that use that email template.
