To manage automatic follow-up emails for your listing, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Listings dashboard.
  2. Click on the listing whose sign-in questions you would like to manage.
  3. Navigate to the “Sign-In” tab.
  4. You can enable or disable emails under the “Follow-Up Emails” section.
If you are a Premium user, you can use Email Templates to create customized follow-up emails.
